Who this covers

This policy covers notarycotexas.com, the site of Notary & Co. Texas, a business of Afigima Enterprises. The site does not publish a street address. There is no walk-in office.

What we collect

Booking happens on Calendly. When you book, Calendly receives the details you enter, such as your name, phone, email, preferred time, and the place where Christy should meet you. Calls to (817) 510-1485 are phone calls only. This site does not offer texting.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, an identification number, or a password on this website. Bring photo ID to the appointment. Do not send those numbers through the booking form.

How we use it

Appointment details are used to schedule the visit, quote the travel fee before the appointment, and meet you. We do not sell or rent your information.

Notary records

Notary records are kept as Texas law requires and cannot be deleted on request.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this site without cookies. The counter loads only when a site token is configured.

Service providers

Calendly handles scheduling. The site is hosted on Render. Cloudflare may count visits as described above. Those providers handle information only to perform those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
