Answers for booking a mobile visit with Christy Mendoza in Roanoke and north DFW.
What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary comes to you. Christy Mendoza travels to your home, office, or hospital in north Texas. Notary & Co. Texas has no office, and it does not offer remote or online appointments. There are no loan signings and no real estate closing packages.
What area do you serve?
Notary & Co. Texas is a mobile service for Roanoke, Keller, Trophy Club, Southlake, Westlake, Haslet, Justin, Northlake, and north Fort Worth, across Denton County and Tarrant County. Christy drives to you. There is no office in any of those cities. Westlake and Haslet are in the service area and do not have their own pages.
What is the notary fee?
Notary fee: $10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature, plus a travel fee quoted before your appointment.
What ID should I bring?
Bring a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver license, state ID, or passport. Every person who signs must be present with their own ID. Leave the document unsigned until the appointment. Christy cannot tell you what the document means.
What are the hours?
Weekdays 7 AM to 8 PM (last start). Weekends by appointment. Book a time or call (817) 510-1485 and Christy confirms it.
How do I book?
Book a one-hour mobile visit at https://calendly.com/notarycotexas/mobile-notary, or call (817) 510-1485. The phone is for calls only, not texting. Christy comes to you. There is no walk-in office.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. Christy works in English and Spanish. Say which language you want when you book.
Is Christy an attorney?
No. Christy is not an attorney. She cannot give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
